Review of Designs and Supervision of Feeder Roads Rehabilitation — 9 Districts
ISC reviewed existing designs for 52.2 km of feeder roads, prepared bidding documents covering recurrent maintenance for 85.6 km of rehabilitated roads, and provided construction supervision across nine districts.
Project Overview
ISC conducted a comprehensive desk review of all available technical documents, detailed road condition surveys including materials testing, soil investigations, and hydrological studies, and environmental and social impact screening. The team prepared detailed engineering designs, working drawings, Bills of Quantities, technical specifications, and bidding documents.
Construction supervision included oversight of six new bridges, maintenance of two existing bridges, 117 pipe culverts, and 31 box culverts — all completed in line with Government of Sierra Leone guidelines and donor requirements.
